Seller reviewAnastasiya Genevro was a pleasure to deal with the sale of our condo and she also was when we purchased a home a few years ago in Barefoot Resort. We agreed on a pricing strategy based on her current sales in the area. She is very knowledgeable about Barefoot Resort. She kept us informed of upcoming offers for the condo and discussed pros and cons of each offer so we could accept the best offer for us. Our condo sold in 3 days on the market. That agent wasn't putting in the time to take care of my needs. Anastasiya was the seller's agent with the condo I had purchased. I met with her and liked her genuine interest in my situation from our first meeting on. She helped me find a townhouse in Barefoot by keeping on top of listings and getting me into properties quickly. After purchasing my townhouse, she listed and sold my condo for the price I wanted, also very quickly. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I was an absent homeowner but Anastasiya kept on top of everything and kept me informed. She did an amazing job! If there were something greater than Excellent in your survey, I would have checked it. Anastasiya was the best agent I have ever worked with. Polite, knowledgeable, and professional top the list. Anastasiya kept me informed, did not try to get me to lower my price, and sold the property. What more could you ask of a real estate agent?
