More importantly when it looked like the deal was going to fall through she used her network of industry resources to seal the deal. I now have a great property for my retirement portfolio! I brought a lender to the table that almost cost me this deal - Andrea pulled a Hail Mary calling in her lender resource who worked hand in hand with Andrea to complete the purchase in record time. She also went above and beyond in making herself available to me recognizing my stress level and always maintained a calm that transfered over to me her client.
