I spent the last 40 years owning and operating a ladies' retail apparel store. My mother started the store when I was a child, thus I grew up in retail. During this time, one thing I realized is customer service is king. Whether I was at market purchasing merchandise or traveling internationally, I chose my suppliers based on their customer service relations and how easily they handled issues. This became the basis from which I serviced my own customers ? with care and loyalty.After selling my retail business, I chose real estate as my new career because of my love of people and love of selling. I know I can show what top customer service looks like in real estate based on my many years in a customer service based industry.My family and I have made Granbury our home for the last 14 years. I know the ins and outs of the many subdivisions in the Granbury area, and I look forward to working with you to find your new dream home.

My agent was very unqualified and the night before closing I discovered the roof and gutters hadn't been completed even though my realtor assured me it had been. Even though Andrea wasn't representing me, she was quick to react and get the construction crews back to the house within a few hours. When we decided to sale this very home 1 1/2 years later, there was no question, Andrea was going to be my realtor of choice. Andrea was there for us 24/7. She also helped us locate our next home which was 2 hours away, and was critical in negotiating a difficult contingency offer.
