Seller reviewFeel free to use all my comments!! Ben one aspect that should be included in the list of characteristics is CONCERN. Andrea showed a great deal of concern for the seller's need to sell, financial needs, days on the market, co-op board approval and other factors that are not so evident. She demonstrated CONCERN for all this and more!!!
