Seller reviewAngela Hilliard is a first rate professional. She ended an 8 year nightmare of trying to sell a 100 acre piece of raw land that my family owned..... She accomplished this in 3 weeks where another local broker tried unsuccessfully for 8 years. Her strengths are her professionalism, attention to detail, superior knowledge base of Real Estate transactions, ability to anticipate problems and willingness to go the extra mile to make things happen. Her marketing skills are impeccable. She is full of ideas and flexible in her thinking. Angela was also able to work through some complicated title issues involving my property. This required her to work with the County of San Diego to make my property sellable. Previous brokers were never able to find a solution to these impediments. I was so fortunate to have been referred to her. I give her my highest recommendation. Anyone selling a home, land, or any other property in the San Diego area needs to reach out to her FIRST !!!!!
