My former position as a Real Estate Appraiser gave me years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. Although buying or selling a home should be a happy venture, it still can come with stress. To ensure a successful experience, I help guide my clients through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, and remaining calm under pressure.

Buyer reviewOur overall experience with Angela and Steve really couldn't have been better. We were always comfortable and felt very well represented. I am fairly recently widowed and moved here from out of state and had been living at moms house for 4 months when the perfect home came along. Angela and Steve had us doing a walk-thru within less than 2 hours and under contract within less than 24 hours. Not easy as there were 7 other offers on this particular home. Those of us not in the real estate business can be easily overwhelmed however when you have superior Real Estate Agents like Angela and Steve it can be an exciting experience. I never had to worry because I felt so well represented. My deepest gratitude to Angel and Steve for being so kind, understanding and generous with there time.

We asked her to work within a new experimental real estate product that she had to learn the ins and outs of quickly to be approved, and she handled it gracefully.
