Once we had access to property she was extremely helpful in quickly preparing the property for sale, much like an effective property manager. As an out of state investor this was a huge bonus. I always felt like Angie had my best interest in mind as we received offers and dealt with seller agents. She is an excellent communicator and her years in the industry are invaluable. I am using her to sell another property and would use her again in the future.
