Seller reviewAnn Schroeder was very patient with me while I dealt with having to put my mother in an assisted care facility and getting her home ready to sell. She gave me good advice without having me do major repairs to the very outdated home. She kept me in the loop on all activity and feedback from other realtors that showed the condo. I truly felt she was there for me throught the whole sale.

We picked Ann as our agent because she lives in our complex. We thought she was the best choice because she knew alot about our complex.
