Prior to this transaction, Anne brokered my wife's purchase of a property in Loyalsock Twp. Based on this extremely positive experience, as the executor of my late father's estate I asked my wife to reach out to Anne to see if she would like to be my agent for the sale of his house in Williamsport. Anne jumped in without hesitation, and met with us in short order to get a look at the property and start pulling comps for similar properties in the area. Anne provided sound advice on repairs and improvements needed to make the property as marketable as possible, and provided recomendations for contractors that could perform the more extensive repair tasks. As these repair efforts neared end-game, Anne and I discussed sale price, and she listed the property in MLS. Anne showed the property several times, and promptly provided me with feedback from interested buyers. I accepted a very reasonable cash offer, and Anne worked with the buyer's agent to close the deal - seamlessly for me.
