This is the fourth home we've purchased with Annelie. While purchasing a Hummer is always stressful these were particularly challenging circumstances for our family. Annelie was an amazing real estate agent for us. We were first time homebuyers, and she explained everything to us. She had many connections with inspectors and lawyers as well, which made it easy for us to find reputable help throughout the process. The Boston area market is super competitive, and our friends and family told us to expect to take months to find a suitable home. Well it only took a month and 3 different offers. The first 2 we didn't love as much so didn't put in strong offers. We fell in love with the 3rd, and it was exactly what we had requested, so we put in a strong offer. She helped negotiate to seal the deal, even got them to drop the price by $10,000 by improving the terms. She took care of everything behind the scenes for us, and we imagine that this process would have been so much more stressful if she wasn't our agent. She was super responsive and kept us on track, reminding us to sign documents and such. She even is helping us after closing to get estimates!

Working with Annelie was a wonderful experience. She was communicative and I felt as if she understood exactly what I wanted. I would reccomend her to anyone looking to purchase a house.
