Annette DePalmo received her real estate license in 1990 and enjoys a successful career with Century 21 Lakeside Realty. Annette has achieved every award Century 21 has to offer; Quality Service Award, Masters Club Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond Awards, and the highest award is given out by Century 21, the coveted Centurion Award. She has also received the President's sales club Award of Excellence.
Annette treats all of her clients the way she would like to be treated herself, with honesty, empathy, and integrity. A house is the biggest purchase most people ever make. They need to make sure it's the right one.
Annette works hard to help her clients find the perfect house that they can turn into their homes! She also works hard to sell her client's homes by providing a Comparable Market Analysis to help determine a listing price, marketing it to targeted audiences where she feels the buyers will most likely come from, and suggesting things they can do to make their home more appealing to a buyer. She did not pressure us to buy any of the houses we viewed and when we found ourselves doubting that we'd ever find "the one," she reassured us that we would eventually find the right house for us- and we did! We are now having Annette sell our other home. We love how knowledgeable she is about the real estate market and she is a very trustworthy person. I can't say enough good things about Annette. She dedicated the required time and efforts to visit multiple houses before our final decision. Annette was specifically helpful in negotiation the price and terms of the contract. For example, she went back to the buyer and negotiated the cost of the required roof repair upon the completion of the home inspection. She saved us more than $3000. I have been totally satisfied and delighted with the superb quality of service I received from Annette. Buyer reviewWe started looking for our home in November, 2017. The first agent we had didn't seem to hear anything we said regarding the location, land size, etc. we kept getting property reviews that we were not interested in. It was very frustrating and we felt a waste of our time. We then were referred to Annette Depalmo by a friend. Annette took the time to set up our searches based on what we wanted, not what she thought was best for us. She was very patient with us through our numerous appointments to view the homes for sale. There were times throughout our searches that Annette took extra time to update the filters in our searches to allow more of a variety properties.
