Nettie Keller was an outstanding realtor. She was very detailed orientated, timely (early), knowledgeable (protecting us as the buyer), took the time to understand our wants and needs in a home, and promptly answered all of our numerous questions or concerns. She went above and beyond in giving us a variety of home to review and provided print out packets to write our own notes as we toured homes. She recommended water testing, radon testing, and more. She attended the tour, return tour, final tour, helped with bidding process, followed up with other realtor and owner on details of closing and offer processes, and was polite and a pleasure to work with during our home selection and purchase process. She even came to our closing tour between the planning of her mother's funeral service and she has a very strong dedication to her clients. She made us feel like we were important customers and a priority in her life. She was so prompt with emails and text updates through the entire process.
