Our relationship with Anthony was excellent. He was very easy to get along with and was extremely patient with us! (We looked at what felt like 100+ houses over 6 months) We respected his opinions and appreciated his honesty. He always made himself available, whether it was the weekend, weekday, even phone calls throughout the day. His timeliness was very important, especially since the market was so hot and houses were being purchased very quickly. He became very familiar with what we were looking for and was very attentive at looking for problematic issues with houses. Since we looked at houses for quite some time, he even knew the questions we were going to ask before we asked them! He was familiar with many of the communities we looked at. When negotiating, we tried to stay competitive, but not offer what we didn't think a house was worth. He would offer advice, but always fulfill our requests. Anthony went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful.

Anthony was wonderful to work with. He is patient and reliable. He was available to answer our many questions. Even though there were delays ( not on our end or Anthony's) Anthony continued to be helpful and follow up. We were always informed every step of the way.
