Buyer reviewTony Lander was AMAZING! We had a tight schedule when we came to Tony already having found the home of our dreams but with less than 72 hours to put in a bid and try to make it ours. On day one he hit the ground running getting everything ready and explaining the home buying process to us "first time" home buyers. He seamlessly walked us through every step, answering all our questions while working around our crazy schedules. Tony was able to pull together our offer packet along with a stellar hand crafted cover letter in record time making our deadline! Given the current housing market here in Petaluma... ours wasn't the only offer on the table. Tony and his assistant Debbie were there for us every step of the way though, keeping us on track with paperwork and advising as we fought stiff competition. Tony understands not only what it takes to make an attractive offer, but what it takes to continue to stay "in play" in the game and come out a winner! 15 other offers were made on this house and our offer was ultimately the one the seller decided to go with. And, once the offer was accepted... the work wasn't over. Tony went out of his way to do an extensive amount of research of other properties which had sold previously in our neighborhood for the appraiser to consider. He wrote an incredibly detailed letter describing the house and it's features and upgrades. This attention to detail helped our house appraise well above the asking price. I just can't say enough good things about Tony, his assistant Debbie and the Century 21 Bundesen team. It felt like we had the entire "home" team pulling for us. Experience really does matter in this field and in today's market. There is an amazing amount of competition in the Petaluma and I would highly recommend Tony Lander and Century 21 Bundesen to anyone who is looking to buy a home in our area.

Buyer reviewwe were in need of a property that consisted of two dwellings, it seems as if the only one available in our price range was in need of a lot of work and over priced, the property we purchased, could not of been in our price range if we had not offered the low price that we had the nerve to offer. Tony did not bat an eye or try to discourage us , he just did his job and made the offer,we really admired Tony Lender for that. Tony was by our side every step of the way,we felt as if we were dealing with a family member. Seller reviewDealing with a real estate transaction shortly after my mother's death was not something we were looking forward to at all but - thanks to Tony Lander - it was (to the extent these sorts of things ever are) an absolute joy! His helpfulness, understanding, sense of humor, and just general humanity were all factors in making this so. Tony was recommended by a long-time friend who we trust implicitly. As it turns out, we made a VERY good decision by going with our friend's recommendation! We hit it off with Tony immediately, which was certainly a plus. Given the fact that we were doing this from 3,000 miles away, it was much appreciated that we got constant updates, clear explanations of the process, and all the necessary documents in need of signatures in a timely manner. This experience was virtually stress-free and we have Tony to thank for that. This was the smoothest, most pain-free experience we have ever had with a real estate transaction. Tony was GREAT! (no cereal-related pun intended....). We were incredibly happy with everything he did and how he did it and with his performance overall. We could not recommend anyone more highly!
