I am married and have a beautiful wife & 3 amazing children. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2008 but have been involved in real estate in some shape or form since 1998. Buyer reviewUnbelievable! I could write a novels' length review of specific examples of how Tony went above and beyond for my family. Honestly, words cannot capture how happy we are with his services. If I was rich I would pay his commission twice out of a moral obligation to support such a dedicated professional. His contacts alone are worth hiring Tony. Im limited to 1000 words and my wife needs to add her comments so I will sum up my experience working with Tony by stating this - Because of his knowledge, work ethic, dedication, and amazing negotiating ability (knocked off 15k after already negotiating for seller to pay all the closing costs) Tony got us a home way nicer than we could afford due to his negotiating abilities. Your looking for a realtor? Stop reading already and CALL TONY. If your lucky enough for him to represent you then for God sake just do what he advises you to do and he will maximize your prospects. We truly couldn't be happier!

Buyer reviewTony was absolutely incredible to work with! He was recommended to us by Huntington Bank (William Dellibovi). From the start, Tony was very attentive and motivating. Our requirements were 3bd, 2br, and a basement. He took us to view our first home which wasn't really our style. It was a much older home, but Tony told us that it would be hard to take care of over the years. He emphasized repeatedly that he is here to find us our dream home and ensure that we are ultimately happy with our decision years later. Our second home was a cute brick ranch in Austintown. It had everything we wanted more. 3bd, 2br, basement, and an in-ground pool. It was beautiful and we ended up being the only offer! The process to close was far from easy. There was a supposed lien on the home which made things harder. After 2 long months of trying to close, Tony was able to get us $2000 for inconvenience and a water leak in the basement fixed before moving in. 10/10 negotiating skills. 10/10 service.
