April Alexy has had a long-time interest in homes and the real estate market, influenced by generations of family members in the contracting field. After attending college for business, April invested in her first home, which she still owns to this day as a rental property. From that start, April has purchased multiple other properties, being personally involved in the rehab, rental and resale of them. She is also a co-owner of a commercial property, which has supported two thriving businesses since 2005.
