My wife and I have worked with April Oaks three times in the past five years. We have purchased two homes and sold one. All have been very smooth because of April. April is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She truly has her client's best interest at heart and is not simply looking for a commission. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, April will get the job done and make the process as painless as possible. For such a large transaction I would not trust anyone other than April Oaks!

I had previously dealt with the Century 21 Everest Realty Group and have had a positive experience with them and on top of that, April Oak's was recommended to us by family. Now going into this my wife and I knew April and her team were highly recommended, but April and the others really proved their value. Not only were we impressed, but we don't regret any of the decisions that were made. During the whole sale process, that April is a real go-getter. She really cared about us and made sure that not only did we know what was going on through every step, but that we were comfortable with our choices. April did an excellent job. We ended up having a few issues with a neighbor's dogs and April really went to bat for us in resolving those and other issues. Also, while it seems the sale went on a little longer than intended, it was mostly due to things beyond either our or April's control, she was with us through every step of the way, making sure we were updated and informed. For instance, when we had a concern or question, April was there, either with answers or solutions. In the end, April's whole team was excellent and they did just that. Work as a team. Much kudos to all involved. We would definitely use them again.
