April was even able assist with our questions on the mortgage side of the purchase when we had unanswered questions from our lender. She respected how we discussed and analyzed each house we looked at without inserting herself unless asked. We looked for quite a while and had a few let downs along the way but it led us to our house now which is a perfect fit. We know that April always had pure intentions, great advice and was willing to work with us until the right situation came along. April's overall effort, communication, and attention to detail never waivered. She truly had our best interest in mind. Buyer reviewApril Todd helped my fiancee and I through our first-time home-buying experience. She was fun to work with and made us feel at ease every step of the way. April took the time to understand our needs, was very responsive to our requests, easy to talk to, and would go into great detail about the pros/cons of each house we had looked at. She never gave up on us, even after a seller had backed out less than a week before closing on the first house. She was extremely patient and helped us find the perfect home. April had treated us like a family member walking through the house with us, explaining what to look for, necessary renovations, and was completely transparent. She also referred us to our lender Tony Abate, and home inspector Greg McClure who was also wonderful to work with.
