Buyer reviewApril has a long history of being excellent an I worked with her in the past, while I ended up buying my original condo from the owner without realitors I still worked with April for a long time before and she was extremely helpful! April saw so many homes with us and told us the truth about each one. She sold our home for way more than expected and got us the home of our dreams for under appraisal!! Unbelievable work on her end in this market! April is amazing, my wife and I loved working with her and she was helpful in every way! We even invited her to our baby shower!!! I do not think we worked with anyone else but her selection even for the Title Company at closing was amazing and made signing papers fun Sold for way over asking and expectation and bought for asking/under appraisal! Super amazing considering the market right now
