Seller reviewApril was fantastic! This is my 7th home or condo purchase in the last 13 years and the first time using April Todd. She was super and I would not use anyone else in the future. I will absolutely recommend her to my friends / family. We were listing my condo in the morning and immediately had one showing that day and the same person made an offer. No other showings were needed. She handled all communication professionally and in my best interest. I trusted her with knowing the value of the property and handing everything from day one up until closing. She communicated every step of the way and was VERY patient with me. I had a lot of questions and bothered her more than her average client, I'm sure, and she responded to every message I sent. April was fantastic!
