Buyer reviewWhen looking for a realtor, we read a lot of reviews. It was Aprils' EXCELLENT reviews that made us decide to use her as our realtor in a new city. We are ecstatic with that decision. April is BY FAR the BEST realtor we have ever used. She was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable on ALL aspects of the process. On a scale of 1 to 10, she is definitely a 100! After moving 6 times, we don't plan on moving again. But if we do, April will be our first call.

Seller reviewApril did was a walk through my home and explained how to declutter it so it would show better. I had an older home and it needed some work. April got bids for the work that needed to be done so that we knew what allowance amount to offer for the buyer to have the work done. April's knowledge of the real estate market was increadible. She was able to give me a variety of scenios for pricing. April priced my home and her description was right on the mark. I had one or more showings everyday. She was always available for questions and promptly contacted me with offers. She was awesome in coordinating the selling and closing dates. April was just attendive to my priorites for the new home.
