I have known Armando for quite a while and have also used him in selling other properties. Armando has always done an excellent job. Armando works with you and totally understands your needs. He has all the qualities you want in a realtor. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, patient, helpful, trustworthy, always accessible, respectful and very approachable. I would not consider working with anyone else.

Armando was quite patient with me, I'd been searching for a new home and an agent for three years. I evaluated many agents before selecting Armando. His initial evaluation of my home was precise, his presentation was thorough, and his mannerism genuinely cordial. I was impressed by Armando's knowledge of the area I was searching within as well as his understanding of the home I was searching for---close to my relative, within a tranquil area, move-in-ready, larger than my current home, and within a decent school district (many expectations). He always arranged his schedule to show me homes at the times I was available which was usually late at night or a weekend. His calm demeanor in handling issues that came up show he is a seasoned professional. He was always on time, and as a side note...I liked his suits. I have referred Armando to friends and family. If agents rated me as a buyer I'm sure I would be rated "highly indecisive." While many agents begin patient at first, my experience is the agent would typically phase out their communication thinking I was not a serious home buyer. Armando was the most patient agent one could hope for, and his politeness is not just in how he speaks, but his actions as well. I don't recall Armando taking phone calls during a home showing, he was on time, and was not pushy. His authentically courteous demeanor is quite refreshing in a business where one may experience quite the opposite.

Armando Gonzales was very flexible with his hours for us and he was very good at helping us narrow the selection. He didn't try oversell us on anything we could not afford. He listened to our needs to find us the right house. Armando Gonzales is great and I would recommend him to anyone I know!
