In November 2021 we were in Georgetown for a visit, putting the plan together to move to Texas. My wife remembered that Century 21 used to provide assistance to members of the Army at new duty stations to help find suitable civilian housing when none was available on post. We walked in and met Arthur. Arthur has been awesome with not only our purchase but with finding a rental property when we first moved here, helping our kids sell their house in the Kansas City, KS area. We put a long time family friend in touch with Arthur and he helped them rent a house in Pflugerville. He's also helping find a realtor in KC for our other daughter and her family to sell their house and move to Texas. Arthur has done a wonderful job of taking care of our entire family while we all transition to Texas.

Arthur was wonderful and went out of his way to facilitate the buying process, including driving from hours away so we could inspect the property after a freeze to ensure there were no busted pipes, etc. He was friendly and helpful in all dealings with this purchase. Arthur had already sold 3 other homes on our street & he went above and beyond with all sales. I knew him by professional reputation. I was a Real Estate Broker from 1960s - 1987.
