Gave solutions, always answered questions in a timely manner, helped in area's I wasn't sure of, communicated with kindness and compassion when I struggled. I didn't have to wonder nor wait for a thing! She was on it all the time, gave time frames, thorough explanations, what to expect or not to expect, candid and truthful. She delivered top notch professional service in a comforting and confident way letting me decide what I wanted. I know I wasn't her only customer however, it felt like it.
