My husband & I are new to Minot from Michigan. Ashley Martin worked very hard to help us with our home. She was very honest , caring & most of all understanding our wanting to have this new home. She answered and returned every single phone call , text or email we had. She went out of her way to make us happy. Showing us our home sad often as we needed to go through it even letting us bring family members through on her day off to get their oppinion. We have been in our new home now for almost a week now and she is still helping us get our mail keys and answering questions. We found not only a wonderful realities in Ashley but a very nice person , agent and wonderful friend!! Highly recommend her to friends and family. Already have!! Thanks again for helping Doug & I in finding us our new dream home!! Ashley went above and beyond helping us negotiate with the sellers on purchasing our new home, also with the bank & title company. She was out of this world amazing to work with:). I started working with a realtor from a different agency who I know personally and professionally and was so disappointed in that person. I walked into Century 21 and Ashley was amazing from the start. Even after the bad experience I never doubted Ashley and what she was doing to help me. Not only is Ashley a outstanding realtor but she also makes one feel like she's working with you as a friend and that it's not all about the money
