Blake Farley and her team were fantastic. We are from out of state, with no connection to Silver City beyond our mother, who was transitioning to Assisted Living. We knew we had a bit of work to do, and Blake's support, local knowledge and connections within the community were key to us being able to efficiently empty the house (including selling some of the furniture) and make needed repairs in order to market the house. Blake was also very flexible in her availability and willingness to work with our family remotely. Once the house was on the market, it sold quickly and Blake was an excellent advocate for us in the negotiations.
