Seller reviewI am well versed in the selling and buying of real estate so I have high expectations from the broker who I am working with. Blake was quick to pick up on the fact that I knew the ins and outs of buying and selling real estate. Silver City is a small community and I wanted an office that had an excellent reputation within the community. I have watched Blake over the years build and develop her office. She has the skill and professionalism that I want in an office and broker. During the brief time my house was on the market the market decreased but Blake helped me negotiate a favorable price despite this setback.
