Seller reviewBarbara Birdwell is the exact person you want to help you with buying or selling a property. She is friendly, smart, prompt, thorough and a delight to work with. She handled arranging for all of the repairs the buyer wanted after the inspection and got us to closing on time and stress free. She explains things well and really knows her stuff! I can wholeheartedly recommend her. I always felt like I knew what was happening and the time line for each step. She worked well with the buyer's agent and the Title Company and Barbara made it all happen for me. It's rare to find such excellent customer service anymore. I give her an A+.
