Seller reviewGoing into a relationship with Barb Jones as a Realtor under an incredibly sad situation, I was met with empathy and caring, understanding, and a huge amount of patience in an extreme situation. Traveling in and out of town to sell a house was daunting at best, but Barb made this seemingly impossible task look easy. She was so very kind and understanding and had already established teams of workers who helped me, not only ready a 100-year old house for sale with electricians, plumbers, handymen, etc, , but to also conduct an Estate Sale in the middle of it all! Her self confidence rubbed off on me and, with her, I was able to complete our goals. "Above & Beyond" should be her slogan! Can't say thank you enough!

Buyer reviewWe met three brokers and invited them over. Barbara impressed us immediately - she came 100% prepared with everything we needed to proceed: papers, estimates, knowledge of our area, etc. Barbara was always on top of it. Our case was unusual in that the buyer and seller were within the same family. Barbara was professional and courteous while also maintaining a very friendly and helpful side, and she was also very protective of our interests when it came to additional inquiries or offers which might have come in. She kept everything confidential, which we highly appreciated. She also had all the contacts we needed to prepare for inspection, have work done within the house and more. Her performance was superb! I would turn to her again any day and will always recommend her, and have already done so on our Neighborhood Golfview Site.
