Buyer reviewBarb made the homebuying process super easy and totally stress free! We have worked with Barb in the past so it was no question when it was time to enlist the help of an agent again to help us find our dream. From building a perspective home cart to show us our options to lining up the showings and negotiating our offer on the home he finally chose, this was by far the easiest transaction we could've imagined! It's definitely a sellers market and we were able to get our dream home under budget with the sellers concession towards our closing costs and almost all of the things that needed fixing got fixed! Now I'd say that's how you negotiate a deal! Barb is a total professional, well respected in The local market by her peers and knows how to get it done! She did great helping us in a very short time line as we were only in town for a little over a week. We love our home! She is so hard working and was great at looking out for our best interest Barb was efficient and on top of everything that we didn't really need to think about anything.
