I have been a Real Estate Professional since 2006 (licensed in IN and MI), I also , I also have years of customer service experience from my hospitality career (25 years). I am dedicated to serving Military Families in successful Real Estate transactions. My father and brother were both in the Army and my nephew is in the Air Force. I proudly support every military branch through my expertise of Real Estate. I am experienced in VA loans and the requirements.

Buyer reviewWe really enjoy Barketa, her sense of humor and her knowledge of the current market. Working with her has been a fun experience and are almost sad that finding and buying a new home is over. She has the ability to guide you without feeling the nudge, a rare ability. Although relatively new to the area I think she'll become well known in the real estate market. We cannot overstate how pleased we have been to work with her!

Buyer reviewBarketa was a saint when it came to buying our house. We came across many problems that she fixed herself or arranged to have fixed. She even went attack dog for us when we were having issues with certain inspectors/workers who were not doing their jobs, and got everything back on track. I highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy a house. Barketa was not in it just to make a buck and flip a house, she was in it to help us find a home.

She interfaced with the last tenant for us, found a handyman to repair damage to the property, obtained competitive bids for a new furnace and help to locate the paperwork needed to close the sale. Seller reviewBarketa Motsko was great to work with during the process of selling our family home. It was an emotional process for all of us due to the fact that it was our parents home and my father had been moved to a full care facility. Her understanding and kindness during this whole process was very helpful to me.
