I have been a Real Estate Professional since 2006 (licensed in IN and MI), I also , I also have years of customer service experience from my hospitality career (25 years). I am dedicated to serving Military Families in successful Real Estate transactions. My father and brother were both in the Army and my nephew is in the Air Force. I proudly support every military branch through my expertise of Real Estate. I am experienced in VA loans and the requirements.

From the moment I met Barketa to the end and beyond, she was understanding, kind, and just as motivated as I was to get my house sold to be able to move forward in life. Barketa went above and beyond the expectations that anyone would have for a Realtor. She was able to make an open house happen even when I was unavailable due to an emergency situation. She was available even with my busy schedule. She gave me great ideas to get the house ready to sell and always followed up during every part of the process. The kindness she showed me during this time in my life is something I will always remember! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell!

Buyer reviewBarketa was amazing! She was available 7 days a week to answer questions or belay any concerns that came up in my over thinking. She was available often to go look at properties. She could readily point out flaws and highlight quality features in the property at each walkthrough. Barketa is very friendly and easy to talk to. She negotiated repairs that needed to be done at the house we were set on and she fought for us when they were taking their time getting repairs done. The signing process on closing day left me with a feeling of confidence and utter delight that we are actually homeowners now!
