I have been a Real Estate Professional since 2006 (licensed in IN and MI), I also , I also have years of customer service experience from my hospitality career (25 years). I am dedicated to serving Military Families in successful Real Estate transactions. My father and brother were both in the Army and my nephew is in the Air Force. I proudly support every military branch through my expertise of Real Estate. I am experienced in VA loans and the requirements.

Seller reviewHow I describe Barketa is she comes in this little cute package, but once she knows what you want, if ever questions or concerns - but mostly if you come a crossed an issue.....she comes out as an explosion. Her knowledge, her drive and worth ethics are over and beyond wonderful. We came a crossed an issue w the seller of a home we wanted and she was right by our side and fighting for us. She's a workaholic, and I feel honored to have had her as my realtor.

Seller reviewBarketa was very enthusaistic.Barketa was very knowledgeable about real estate especially things that needed to be corrected to sell the house.Barketa helped me feel optimistic that the house would sell . I received weekly updates from Barketa conserning internet traffic showing interest in the house. Barketa is very professional and always answered any email from me promptly. Barketa knew what price the house should be listed at for sale. Barketa was very helpful when the buyer made an offer and I made counter offer and Barketa made the sale happen with some more back forth between buyer and seller. I would definitely use Barketa as my realtor if I ever need to buy or sell another house. I would recommend Barketa to friends or family.

Seller reviewBarketa Motsko was a go getter right from the start. She went beyond any broker I have ever used. She immediately set up open houses and showings. When I got stressed out over the process she was there with positive remarks to ease the tension.Definitely a Fantastic broker and can't wait to give a referral to friends or family needing a broker. Initially I talked with Tom Sbarra of Century 21 and he assured me they would sell my Home in a reasonable time frame and they did.
