Buyer reviewI was definitely looking for an Agent that was experienced and knowledgeable in the field. I wanted an agent that understood that I was a first time home buyer, and wanted he or she to walk me step by step into purchasing a new home. Beatrice was excellent all around and throughout whole process of purchasing my new Bella Home. Her promptness and attention to detail is what stood out the most. Very professional and made the process a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I wouldn't of ended up in the home I'm in today if it wasn't for her negotiating skills and attention to detail in the homes and price ranges around the area. It was definitely a process and Beatrice helped every step of the way. Performance was excellent all around. What stood out the most was Beatrice was available whenever I had a question or an issue in the process. Beatrice had an answer to all the questions I had in the process which made it a lot easier to understand. Very professional and made the buyer comfortable in the process of buying a home. Overall experience was exciting. My girlfriend and I had so much fun with Beatrice. Everyday was a new day throughout the process. I would definitely love to work with Beatrice again in the future.
