Working with Ben was very comforting. Having worked with other realtors in the past, didn't have the best experience. His timing in responding to my questions and getting me showings was almost instantly otherwise would communicate that he'd take care of something later that day. I got the feeling he was really trying to help me find a home that would suite me and my kids needs and not just a house that would give him the best pay day. Tried finding a new home last year and things didn't work out for me at that time due to loss of job. I didn't feel comfortable pursuing a new home at that time and he was 100% on my side. Tried again this spring and things couldn't have worked out better. Truly a life experience that all things happen at a certain time for certain reasons. Ben was a breathe of fresh air and a wonderful realtor to help sell my home! He is an excellent balance of complete honesty and transparency, while also 100% respecting your own decisions even if it is not what he recommended. He lays everything out very matter of fact and allows you to fully understand all options. He will give his opinion when asked but also again fully allows you to make a decision that is right for you. He is the only reason I made what I did from my house because he layed out exactly what should be updated in my home and touched up to get the most money from my home before it went up for sale. When a tree unexpectedly got struck by lightning a couple weeks before the sale and caused a stressful mess, Ben went above and beyond to help me take care of the situation in a very timely fashion and was BEYOND helpful. I can't say enough amazing things about him and how helpful he was to someone with very little knowledge of the housing business. Thank you for EVERYTHING!
