Could not say anything more positive about Beth in selling the property...I also bought this property with her and as a first-time home buyer she eased all of my concerns up front! I have worked with Beth previously as did another family member. The sale went so smoothly on her side, making me feel assured that I wasn't in all of this alone the entire way. The only reason I did Not Applicable on 3 of these is because I am not sure if those were done or not. If they were, I am positive they were done in excellent manner. If they weren't, I am not sure it matters as my house was under contract within 4 days of listing.
