I was an out of state buyer & knew the exact floor plan in exact community I wanted. I signed a contract for one available immediately the day I arrived. Her very nice and professional personality combined with years of reality experience kept me feeling confident about my decisions to sell my home in one state and buy in a new one. I was buying a home the first time without my long term husband who always made those decisions together with me. It was intimidating to do big life changes without him.
