As a Century 21 Agent, Bill brings much more than just real estate experience to the table. He is a community driven individual who has lived and worked all over Sonoma County for more than 50 years. Although not born here, Bill moved to Petaluma when he was 6 years old, graduated from Petaluma High, has an associate degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and a BA from Sonoma State University. He has raised all 3 of his kids here. Before he began his favorite career as a real estate agent he owned "The Bicycle Factory" for 18 years which operated stores in Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, Novato and of course Petaluma. Seller reviewI initially met Bill Gabbert through a referral as a preliminary introduction to determine whether Bill would be acceptable to market a houe to sell. The meeting ended with my decision to go with Bill and I indicated I would get back with him in about 1-2 months to proceed. I rreached out ot him in about 5 weeks, after which he outlined the next steps. I really appreciated Bill allowed me to follow through on my schedule, versus being aggressive and dictating how things should be done to close the sale without considering my unique situation. In summary, Bill Gabbert was very professional, listened, and mutual trust was prevalent throughout the entire process.
