Seller reviewOh golly, where to start?! Century 21 was recommended by my attorney and Bill answered the blind questions/online survey and he absolutely delivered. More than a fella like me could hope for. I appreciate his sense of humor lining up with mine while being a consummate professional. My situation was closing out my dad's estate with three potentially awkward parcels to sell. I almost foolishly took a lowball offer from my wanting to close the process as quickly as possible with all three parcels going at once. I'm five hours away, what the hell do I know about Lawrence County real estate stuff?! Nothing. Bill slammed on my brakes, like an experienced driver's education teacher, and said he could get 2X the low slider that was outside the strike zone. Bill then went and delivered -- right at 2X. Probably could have been more except for my gaffe. That's on me, not Bill. Don't do it alone, call Bill first and then decide! Can't thank Bill enough!

This man doesn't just sell homes, he builds trust, brick by brick, with integrity as his foundation and hard work as his roof. Bill's the kind of guy who'll climb three flights of stairs to check a leaky faucet, then stay to fix your Wi-Fi and talk you out of buying a house with a haunted basement (kidding). He never gives up, never cuts corners, and somehow makes the chaos of real estate feel like a warm hug with a closing date. If sainthood had a real estate division, Bill would be the patron saint of "We'll figure it out." Appreciate all of your hard work, Bill! Thanks again!

Buyer reviewBill Klaiber has got to be one of the best realtors within the three states of WV, KY, and OH. Bill worked his tail off for me and my wife in finding us a house. He went above and beyond to get the job done. From the first initial meeting to closing he never took his foot off the pedal and kept working. Me and my wife have worked with a lot of realtors from all over and really are overwhelmed with how an amazing agent he was. We had probably looked at like 30 houses trying to find the right one and trying to make the right deal and he was right there with us giving us advice and really making sure that we found our dream home. From the bottom of our hearts bill thank you so much for all the work you put in and all the houses you helped us see. I'd recommend Bill Klaiber to anyone. If you don't choose Bill then your missing out
