My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. I am a native of the Philadelphia area and have extensive knowledge of the city, surrounding counties, and school districts. I am a bit of a foodie and like to explore new restaurants. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

Seller reviewBill was a stand out guy I called for another agent that no longer works there he got rite on the job at first it was a thought to sell .After speaking n person to bill n how easy n comfortable it was talking to him made me decide to sell .it wasn't easy but I felt real comfortable working wit him even when things got ruff he say Nyieka it's up to you don't have to decide now give it some time that let me no I wasn't pressured to decide if I had another house n mind to sell I call him up n do it again with ease.
