I was born and raised right here in the Somerset-Lake Cumberland area in the small town of Ferguson. I attended Pulaski County High School. Upon graduation I attended college and received a degree in medical technology specializing in Histology and also earned a degree in Organizational Management. I live here in Somerset with my wife Melissa and our daughter Alex, and we attend Oakhill Baptist Church. Seller reviewI had searched other listing of comparable lots in the area and saw listings by Bill Muse. After talking with Bill it was obvious that Bill had a thorough understanding of the area and would be the agent to list with. I also explained that I was assisting my elderly in-laws in their 90's and he assured me they could do it all remotely. My in-laws think I worked so hard delivering on the sale of their Kentucky property and for such a great price when in reality it was all Bill Muse. First time I have been involved with selling a property as an absentee seller and this was as easy as it gets..!! Bill Muse did an excellent job start to finish from evaluating a perspective sale price,photos,listing and closing. We had one problem on our end and Bill directed us to an easy resolution. Bill maintained contact all the way through and always returned a call or text. Bill is a Professional.
