Years later an opportunity aroused to purchase a home and I remembered Billy Jean. I called her before I started the loan process, and I called her many many times. Each time she answered my calls and gave me advice. She has been ALLWAYS patient with me ascI was very nervous. As we went forward and negotiated the the purchase she was very professional and caring, which I felt total trust in her. I didn't make a move without her advising me. I can say that without her as my agent, I wouldn't be where I am today. When the market was down in 2008 I had 2 agents, which wasted my time and didn't care about me as a potential buyer. The buyer who bought my property at one point started dragging on and on and kept making the sale of the house take longer and longer and a little bit of my frustration with that Billie Jean took and confronted them and put it to him this needs to stop or this is going to happen and she got things to get moving on the forward direction and and the large part of that was the buyers appraiser didn't understand simple words like as is She had a real good idea or two and they worked she's not afraid to get her hands dirty and she went to bat for me and put her foot down I feel Billy Jean did a good job and handled herself well
