Seller reviewBob Clarkson was outstanding to work with. He stuck with us as we considered selling for a long time. When the time finally came to sell our home, he jumped right in with great advice on what to do and not to do in getting ready to sell as well as how to manage the sales process. He we very helpful throughout the negotiations and closing process with our buyers. We put the house on the market on a Thursday and by Sunday had accepted an offer slightly over asking. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend Bob highly.

He went out of his way to help make sure that we were taken care of on our end (financing needs) when our first sale fell through (by no fault on his own). We loved working with Bob and consider him a friend. We would recommend him without hesitation.

Seller reviewBob was great to work with. He was a no pressure agent which was very important. He wasn't saying anything just to make a sale. At one point he was very insistent on not lowering the price just to make the sale. He provided good insight into what was happening in the market and what my next steps should be. He also provided good insight into what I needed to do in order to get my house ready for sale. We must have had at least 10 open houses. There were so many that I lost count. He was determined to get my house sold and was very positive during the entire process. He also appreciated the many features of my house and highlighted those throughout the house to ensure other people were aware of them since many were not obvious, such as the many upgrades like the heated bathroom floor, 2 sump pumps in the basement, tons of custom lighting, etc.

Seller reviewBob Clarkson is versatile, multi-faceted, and multi-talented. Bob thinks Very Clearly, and Very Quickly in severely complex circumstances and situations. There were an Incredibly Large Number of Extremely Challenging and Difficult obstacles to overcome, in dealing with two people going through an incredibly ugly and unpleasant divorce. Bob was Always professional, patient, understanding, and resourceful! Honestly, I feel like Bob treated me as a close friend or a family member, and his service was beyond excellent and superior! It's Very Easy to see how he would deservedly earn, Agent of The Year, consistently, and consecutively!
