I used Bob Clarkson when I bought my first house about 5 years ago without knowing what I was getting myself into. Bob coached me from start to finish answering all my pestering questions along the way. Since then my wife and I have outgrown our townhouse and have been looking casually for a single family home. He was spot on. He didn't tell us what to do. He more so asked what we wanted and made it happen. Made it happen over market value and in less then 48hrs, we were under contract. Closed in less then 30 days and had us setup for our next purchase.Secondly. he helped us through the rigorous process of buying our next home. My wife and I were picky. We had a lot more "wants" then "needs." Bob found 15-20 houses with what he thought would be good matches, covering all wants and needs. Worked with us day, night, weekends and holidays helping us make the best decision possible for our family. We finally settled in and made an offer on our dream house. Of course, the contract ran into problems. Appraisal, disclosures, ect. Bob didn't bat an eye. Bob told us what he thought were the best solutions, talked us through them, negotiated them, executed them and we are done! We are buying in a sellers market right now and somehow Bob was able to lead us into a win, win situation with both houses. I recommend Bob and Century 21 to everyone I speak with.
