Seller reviewWe originally tried to sell our home FSBO for two weeks. All we got were many realtors, that's when we met Bob. Then we decided to hire a realtor after the two weeks, and he called. What struck me was his honesty, listening skills, openness and vulnerability as explained his recommendations for selling quickly - without ego. Well, we had the best experience once we signed for him, after photos, etc. it was listed on a Thursday sold by noon Monday $ 30K over asking price!!!
