Seller reviewNot pushy at all, listens to you and is willing to price higher but tells you the downsides of doing so. Very responsive to my questions, emails and phone calls. Does what he says in a timely fashion. Gives you his true input even if it means not making a sale. I can trust him!

Seller reviewThis was my third home sale so my frame of reference is based on those experiences. Mr. Clarkson stands out as far superior to my previous experiences. I inherited my sister's house. She had not lived in it four four years. Multiple repairs were needed before it could go on the market. It took months to complete the work. Mr. Clarkson was patient and caring. In only 3 days after listing, we had 7 offers and sold for $15,000 over listing. When I sell my house I will be calling Bob Clarkson!
