Seller reviewThis was my first experience working with Bob Platte in real estate. He was given the task of marketing a difficult property and didn't hesitate to take the challenge. His plan was detailed, targeted, and the advice as it can only come from a Realtor with his experience. In the end, the sale of the property happened pretty much as he envisioned it from the beginning. It was a wise decision to realize my property was going to require a professional Realtor. If you choose Bob Platte to help sell your property, congratulations!! Be prepared for a good deal of information and communication, and when you close, your expectations to have been exceeded.
