Seller reviewOnce we contacted, Bobby Ramirez, he reached out immediately. It only took him a day or two to look at the house we were selling. He made the best recommendation for the sale of our home and was able to secure the highest price for our home. He is an excellent communicator and negotiator. I highly recommend him.

He never pressured me into signing any agreements, didn't rush me into the process and he listened when I told him what I wanted wouldn't settle for less. Great experience!

Then, Bobby was the first realtor to reach out to me directly, which made me feel he was a go-getter. Bobby assured me he would make the home-selling process as stress-free as possible, and made me feel instantly better about what could have been a challenging situation. He was empathetic and genuinely cared about helping me with my real estate needs during a difficult time in my life. Furthermore, Bobby delivers. He had our house contracted for the asking price within two days of the Open House. The house closed on time. Bobby was supportive and excellent throughout the process. I wouldn't work with anyone else in this area. Bobby is the best!!!
