Seller reviewWhen selling our house we debated doing it on our own and saving money or using an agent. Brady was highly recommended to us so we decided to give him a call and see what he had to say. After talking with him we felt complete confident in his knowledge and ability to sell our house. He is friendly, professional, trustworthy, and an all around great guy. He listened to our wants and needs and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He responded to calls and texts in a timely manner and always had answers to our questions. If there was ever something he didn't know, he figured it out and got back to us. Most of all, he genuinely cared about how we felt and helped us get the best deal we possibly could. We are so glad we chose Brady to sell our house and are extremely pleased with his work. He made what is often a stressful and overwhelming process so simple and stress free. He handle everything from start to finish and made selling our home easier than we ever expected. We had such a great experience working with Brady and highly recommend him!

Buyer reviewAs a first home buyer, I had very specific wants and needs. Brady very quickly zeroed in on those wants and needs and was able to find the best options for me. Brady didn't waste my time trying to sell me something that wasn't for me just for the sake of making a sale. In a world where DIY has become popular, I learned that real estate is not that easy and Brady helped me navigate and steer clear from some pretty sketchy things that I would not have known about if I had purchased my home without his help.
