I didn't have a city in mind, she took into consideration my list of must-haves and found properties for me. She went all over the metro-Detroit area looking for my dream home. Her knowledge of the market showed. She pointed out things at the properties that I would have missed or asked me questions to help in my decision process. Her communication is top-notch, responding to every text and phone call ASAP. I had many questions and was texting at all hours of the day and night. She went above and beyond, referred me to a lender that pre-qualified me in a day. After waiting weeks for a response from two separate lenders. She took the initiative to make phone calls/appointments on my behalf. This speaks volume to her commitment.
